haha.. think i'll be the 1st one to design the LEANING TOWER OF SINGAPORE...
All thanks to the SPUTID programme ETABs....
haven been spends a week to figure it out how to use it.. cos it's a new programme so not many engineers there know how to use it. hai so bo bian need self-learning again...
fiinally manage to finish the model last week so doing analysis today..
but u know wat... after i model it up to the 44th storey,.. when i analysis for the whole building that time.. wao. the results i get is fantestic....
a horizontal deflection of 6 to 16 m.... sia la...
it was alright for a single storey one le...

Today... I finally get to see the TRUE colour of the Boss/Rich ppl character..

There are 2 ppl now i really hate them..

1st is Mr. L Dir of my IA comp.

He is such a fucker..

be it beofre I enter the comp for attachment I have already heard stories abt him.

but Today I really get to see infront of my own eyes man.. dam.

he is such a mint person..

all along i know that he is that kind of ppl that onli care for $$$ and no other things.

Everyone in the company is working so hard. company is earning so much. and yet those $$$ onli went into his pocket.. not even a mth bonus for the workers last yr..

he make everyone to work OT and even sat and sun and as if they are suppose to do that.

Y?? becos they are WORKERS but nothing else.

Even us attachment STUDENTS.. onli want to pay the minimum and yet make us like his ful time employees.. making us to work OT but no PAY. SAT also need to work for no pay.. shit.

use us like cheap labour...

The worst thing is this morning one of our colleuge met an car accident. very serious.. he was traped inside the car and was send to operation immedately after he reach the hospital.

newspaper reported that..

U know wat as a boss.. he talk to the 2nd of the company and worried.. not abt him but his work.. worried who is going to take over his work. and worst. he was laughing to others in the office making joke says that with such a serious accident he sure die one.. dam. man...

He never went down to see him at all. and worst still some of our colleuge wanted to go to the hospital to take a look at him and his family during lunch time. but u know wat.. He tell them not to go during lunch.. want to go, go after work provided they have finish their job.

and i find out y those seniours never leave the company cos once someone leave the company and is going to apply for other company He will immediately tell the boss there that he is no good la.. can not make it la all those shit.. if they are setting up their own business. even worst.. that THING will even tell the client that they or theire companies cant do. no money to pay u all those shit.. he will make those ppl leave the company suffer..

even worst for ppl working under for FYP.. he make use of him to do alot other stuff thats not related to his FYP by using his grad to treaten/temping him???

TOday Dam SUI le.....
I sware I hate those architects...
I have spent 1 week plus to finish all my structure design for that HMC building...
Well.. today i went to submit to my boss.. at first i though it should be great cos the deadline is this coming friday and i did finished it on last friday..
Well when i passed all my hard work to him. he just have a glance and then put one side.
Then he tell moi:
" well not bad, but think u need to redesign all ove from the start again"
I though i committed wat stupid mistake le.. I spend yesterday the whole day just to check them le..
But wat the shitty thing is my boss told moi..
The architect has change the layout plan.. and all sturcture arrangement change..
So I need to REdesign them again....
wa bang.. well. I'm glad that my design were alright.. but FUCK those architects man...
they take a day to change the layout.. and i need to take another week to redesign the whole thing,. Arrrr......

RC Design EXAM again!!!

Wao.. Today go work like go RC exam like that. Designing Beams and columns.
Well tried.. cos the beams are of wired loadings which I need to determin myself. Now then I understand why Prof Li Bing says that in design u need to make lots of assumptions..
I assume a lot of things today haha...
As for columns. best liao.. 1st come short column with Bi-axial bending and then followed by slender column with bi-axial bending.. wao.. do till siao cos never learn before ma. then spend some time to read books before doing it.. Thenks to the Si-Fu loi. just ask moi go do and asif I know everything like that.. lucki. never sia sui. make it through with all designs haha....

Back from x'mas..
well not really fun. but at least is better than nothing. attanted to a party. well but not really enjoy there, though i tried to open up but still ends up acting the whole night.
roted for the x'mas. but luckily I'm soooo pleased that I finally can spend time alone with my gal gal. though is just very short moment but better than nothing la.
however, just received a call from gal. saying that she fiound a solution towards our relationship. well but the solution I would say is 'not for moi' still searching for more option now.
bit think abt that. sometime is it let go better??? hmm...........

Wat a day.. I really dunno now i should be sad or happy loi...
earli in the morning my dear 9k sms moi telling moi that the results are out. well actually i was planning to sleep till at least 10am then wake up and check one loi. cos yesterday night sleep late onli sleep at 5 am in the morning. Thanks to 9k's smsl I wake up at 9 plus.
Hai.. since wake up liao so go and check my results loi. but actually before 9k sms moi. I actually did wake up at 7 plus cos scared by another nightmare again.. SAME.. i dream of failing my examssss. fail 4 out of 6.. wah bang..
but actually after i check my results. dam sad le.. never though of its going to end up like that.

However, in the afternoon I went to collect my business cert.
WAO!!!! its 2nd upper man... i never though of that i was thinking i will be getting 2nd lower or wat.. haha.. but due to the morning incident it really upsad moi alot. cos i spend so much more effort on my NTU studies than the business one.

Tonight went for the Alumni Reunion dinner in SP.. At 1st though it will be fun but too bad turn out to be a boring social dinner.. hai.. but anyway i still feel good of having this kinda reunion dinner cos like i get to meet some different peole that not from my class previously.
