Today... I finally get to see the TRUE colour of the Boss/Rich ppl character..
There are 2 ppl now i really hate them..
1st is Mr. L Dir of my IA comp.
He is such a fucker..
be it beofre I enter the comp for attachment I have already heard stories abt him.
but Today I really get to see infront of my own eyes man.. dam.
he is such a mint person..
all along i know that he is that kind of ppl that onli care for $$$ and no other things.
Everyone in the company is working so hard. company is earning so much. and yet those $$$ onli went into his pocket.. not even a mth bonus for the workers last yr..
he make everyone to work OT and even sat and sun and as if they are suppose to do that.
Y?? becos they are WORKERS but nothing else.
Even us attachment STUDENTS.. onli want to pay the minimum and yet make us like his ful time employees.. making us to work OT but no PAY. SAT also need to work for no pay.. shit.
use us like cheap labour...
The worst thing is this morning one of our colleuge met an car accident. very serious.. he was traped inside the car and was send to operation immedately after he reach the hospital.
newspaper reported that..
U know wat as a boss.. he talk to the 2nd of the company and worried.. not abt him but his work.. worried who is going to take over his work. and worst. he was laughing to others in the office making joke says that with such a serious accident he sure die one.. dam. man...
He never went down to see him at all. and worst still some of our colleuge wanted to go to the hospital to take a look at him and his family during lunch time. but u know wat.. He tell them not to go during lunch.. want to go, go after work provided they have finish their job.
Wat kinda BOSS can he be???
and i find out y those seniours never leave the company cos once someone leave the company and is going to apply for other company He will immediately tell the boss there that he is no good la.. can not make it la all those shit.. if they are setting up their own business. even worst.. that THING will even tell the client that they or theire companies cant do. no money to pay u all those shit.. he will make those ppl leave the company suffer..

OK so much for that Mr. L.... not is another idot...
He is my prof. in NTU name dun wan mension la.. later u will know who i m talk abt.
HE, dun behave like a prof at all.. infornt of us..
He likes to approach students.. and always try to intro those better one to that comp for IA...
says that comp is how great how great..
but u know why.. cos he himself is having a link with one of the asso. Dir. that dir always ask him to send some workable students to the comp so that they can enjoy cheap labour.. and in return He will give him some of those AC checking stuff for him to give him extra income...
FxxK that prof man... he is making use of his own student to make $$$...
even worst for ppl working under for FYP.. he make use of him to do alot other stuff thats not related to his FYP by using his grad to treaten/temping him???
why there are so mush these kinda of idot in this world man.. no wonder the rich get richer and the poor get poorer....
so the best way not to be uesd by other.. get rich urself.....
